Welcome to MAD-VF Store. These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital goods provided by Fabio Cecchini. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. All intellectual property remains the property of Fabio Cecchini. You may broadcast or record "gameplay streaming" (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), but redistribution of software files is prohibited.
You may not: resell, sub-license, or commercially distribute the software; use it in public venues; crack, reverse-engineer, or modify the software files.
We use Digital Rights Management (DRM) to protect our software. Sharing account credentials is a breach of these Terms and will lead to license termination.
According to EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right of withdrawal expires immediately if you begin the download or activation of the digital content.
By clicking "Download" or "Activate," you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. Refunds are only possible if the software has not been downloaded or accessed.
Transactions are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, who manages global tax compliance and acts as the legal reseller.
The software is provided "as is". Fabio Cecchini is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

Con l'acquisto, viene concessa una licenza personale, non esclusiva e non trasferibile. Tutti i diritti rimangono di Fabio Cecchini. È consentito lo streaming del gameplay (YouTube, Twitch, ecc.), ma è vietata la distribuzione dei file.
Non è consentito: rivendere, concedere in sub-licenza o distribuire commercialmente il software; utilizzarlo in luoghi pubblici; decodificare o modificare i file del software.
Utilizziamo sistemi DRM. La condivisione delle credenziali di accesso costituisce una violazione dei Termini e comporterà la revoca della licenza.
Ai sensi delle norme UE, hai il diritto di recedere dall'acquisto entro 14 giorni. Tuttavia, tale diritto di recesso decade immediatamente nel momento in cui viene avviato il download o l'attivazione del contenuto digitale.
Effettuando il download o l'attivazione, accetti l'esecuzione immediata del contratto e riconosci di perdere il diritto di recesso. I rimborsi sono possibili solo se il software non è stato scaricato o utilizzato.
Le transazioni sono gestite dal nostro Merchant of Record autorizzato, che agisce come rivenditore legale e gestisce la conformità fiscale globale.
Il software è fornito "così com'è". Fabio Cecchini non è responsabile per eventuali danni derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di utilizzare i prodotti.
Questi Termini sono regolati dalle leggi italiane. Eventuali controversie saranno soggette alla giurisdizione esclusiva dei tribunali italiani.
